The existing firepit owners wanted a budget-friendly makeover. They had a yard area struggling with drainage, which was forming a ditch. We decided to utilize the natural drainage pattern, converting the ditch into a visually appealing, landscaped fake creek.

Upon its construction, this garage was positioned about a foot lower than ideal, leading to ongoing water troubles. To address this issue, a small retaining wall was built to raise the grade and encourage natural water drainage away from the building.

The rain was exactly what this needed. Washed the dust and fines off and darkened it up just enough to match the buildings. While also fixing the erosion problems this bank had. And the most important thing it’s maintenance free.
